DELIVERY
Order Within Malaysia
1. How fast can I receive my order?
- For normal order, we will ship out within 1 to 3 days. The courier company may take around 1 to 5 days to deliver depending on your location. You should be able to get your products within 1 week.
- For pre-order, we will ship out as soon as we receive the products from our factory. Please refer to the product page description for the specified delivery timing.
Overseas Order
1. How fast can I receive my order?
- For normal order, we will ship out within 1 to 3 days. The courier company may take around a few days to 1 week to delivery to your doorsteps depending on your location. You should be able to get your products within 2 weeks.
- For pre-order, we will ship out as soon as we receive the products from our factory. Please refer to the product page description for the specified delivery timing.
Refund
1. If I wish to get refunded, what should I do?
- You just need to courier back the products back to us and we will refund you accordingly. If there is any cost incurred during the process, we will bear the cost.
